Jennifer Blackburn is a dynamic group fitness instructor, cycling coach and personal trainer. She holds multiple certifications including Schwinn, Stages, TRX, Bosu, NASM, ACE, AFAA & AAAI/ISMA. The style she coaches to is personal and her classes are customized using the latest conditioning technologies which are the backbone of her results driven programs.

  • Jenn and I started working together 4 years ago, and she has been positively transforming my fitness with her virtual workout routines. Since the beginning of 2023, Jenn has planned my weekly workouts using a fitness app, which she personalizes to my goals, needs, and time constraints. I appreciate her checking in with me to ensure I understand the routine. She makes changes or modifications when needed and challenges me to try new exercises.   • Just go!!! I had the privilege of being on one of Jenn’s inaugural fitness retreats and it was fabulous. Find a friend (or go solo!) and enjoy a weekend that’s all about you. Jenn curated a wonderful weekend of fitness, friendship and fun. I’ve been a regular at her group fitness classes for a while. She’s helped me workout through multiple pregnancies, always adjusting the workout as appropriate but pushing me to the next level, too. Her focus on full body health (mobility, mindset, nutrition, etc.) means you get a weekend of variety that will undoubtedly leave you with more knowledge of your body and how to maximize your fitness in different ways. I had a great time and felt like we all bonded over similar interests and I met some wonderful like-mind people. Jenn is a master of making things work for every level, modifying for injuries and meeting you where you’re at. If you’re thinking about joining her on one of her retreats, I could not more highly recommend that you go. Enjoy!
